Hawkeye builds pedigrees based on the pigeon data entered in the database. This is especially handy since one does not have to enter repetitive pedigrees for all birds, which eliminates duplication.
Pedigrees can be built with the press of a button, just click on the "Add Dam" or "Add Sire" buttons and a list of possible Sires or Dams will pop up to select from.
An easy to use, drag and drop photo handler allows you to have two photos per bird displayed on the pedigree. For example, one full-size picture and one eye close-up picture can be added.
As of Hawkeye 8, the options exist to email pedigrees in PDF format with the click of a button.

Hawkeye Reporting System
Also included in this powerful application is a fully Windows compatible reporting system. There are many Reports available, see image on the right. All reports can be exported in numerous formats (depending on your revision) such as HTML, RTF, PDF, JPEG, etc. Click on "Preview Sample" to view some sample reports listed below:

Hawkeye Breeding Utility
The Breeding Utility is used to mate your birds and add the chicks to the main database with the click of a button. This information can be printed and used as a loft-sheet to note down chick information in the loft for later addition to the database
Some features include:
- Mating of Birds
- Ability to manage "placed" eggs. (fostering)
- Adding chicks to the system with minimal effort
