After a long struggle with e-mail support, we have decided to switch from e-mail support to a help desk system. We had to make this change since we occasionally have server issues. Then there are some members that never receive our responses due to stringent spam filters set by their service providers. Other problems include incorrect return address entered into the support page.
We believe that the ticket system will enable everyone to receive high quality support with the ability to track the progress of their support request. To submit a ticket, just log in on our website and click on “Hawkeye Support”.
